In the Department of Educational Sciences; There are three active departments: Educational Management Non-Thesis Master's Program, Educational Management Non-Thesis Master's Program and Educational Programs and Teaching Non-Thesis Master's Program.

The purpose of the Thesis/Non-Thesis Master's Program in Educational Administration is to provide education at the master's level and to conduct research in the field of education. In this regard, the main aim of the department is to train educational leaders who have the knowledge and skills required by the 21st century and who can contribute to the knowledge of the field of educational management by combining theory and practice. Additionally, it is aimed to contribute to the development of the Turkish Education System by conducting basic and applied research. To be recognized as a department that trains educational leaders of the 21st century and conducts qualified educational research in a democratic and disciplined educational environment. To train educational administrators and supervisors who can contribute to the development of educational management both in the scientific field and in practice.

The purpose of the Non-Thesis Master's Program in Curriculum and Instruction is to provide education at the master's level and conduct research in the field of education. In addition, it is to train experts who have educational programs and teaching knowledge, skills and attitudes, who know and apply the ethical rules of the profession, who follow the developments in their profession, and who know scientific research techniques at a level to conduct scientific research.
